Agency Awards Consultancy
I offer a unique service to agencies — helping them to win creative awards. In my most recent agency role, I was tasked with winning at Cannes Lions — no mean feat given I didn’t work directly on any client accounts. After revamping the existing awards process and overseeing the entry process, I was part of the team which saw the agency win their first Yellow Pencil at the renowned D&AD Awards and a Gold Lion & Bronze Lion on the international stage at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity — a mammoth achievement for an independent Irish agency.
This bespoke service encompasses everything from analysing the long list of potential entries and body of eligible work to supporting the completion of entries and ensuring submissions are entered with the best possible chance of bringing home some metal.
New Business Specialist
Beginning my career in a leading London pitch consultancy, I worked on countless pitches as brands hunted for an agency partner. This unusual perspective gave me an insight into the best — and the worst — of agency new business behaviour.
Subsequently, I moved agency-side working in new business in a global network agency in London before moving back to Dublin and working in business development for an independent agency.
I support business owners to critically analyse their agency proposition and service offering to ensure they are presenting themselves in the best possible way in order to maintain and grow their client list. This can include everything from building agency credentials, supporting pitches, RFI documents and tenders.
